Project Overview
Nomico were the security and electrical contractor for the refurbishment of a listed building which consists of 146 flats. The work was carried out for Telford Homes.
This project consists of 146 flats in the main tower and also a utility tower which has 10 rooms over different levels consisting of a gym, cookery room, dining room, workshop, cinema room, music room and others which the residents can use at their leisure.
We have installed all electrical systems, fire alarm system including linear heat detection to underground car parks, CCTV system, door entry system and also external lighting. It is a very unusual looking building as it has two towers with link bridges every 3 floors between the 2 buildings.
