Works included Small Power, Containment, Distribution Boards and Panels, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, IRS TV system, BT/fibre cabling, Essential supplies, Access Control and Door Entry Systems.
Door Entry System
The door entry system comprises 10 main door intercom panels with 994 intercom handsets (100 apartments have 2 handsets – accessible flats). The door entry system has lift integration and destination control.
CCTV System
The CCTV System consists of 2nr 64ch NVRs connected to 119nr IP cameras via POE layer 3 fibre switches. It includes 8nr PTZ with patrols configured and remote access via both LAN and WAN.
